Directions

  1. 🌱 fold 2 fillo sheets each, in a form of accordion.
  2. 🌱 Place the dough in a tray, bake 10 minutes- temperature 180 C.
  3. 🌱 Remove the tray from the oven, sprinkle evenly with melted butter, return to the oven și bake for 10 minutes.
  4. 🌱 For cream, combine milk, sugar, cardamom, vanilla extract with lemon și eggs.
  5. 🌱 Remove the tray from the oven, pour the cream over the dough, return to the oven și bake for 40 minutes, until they are browned.
  6. 🌱 For syrup, boil 10 minutes, water, sugar și lemon extract.
  7. 🌱 Spray the cake, decorate with chopped pistachios. Enjoy!
