Beat the eggs with sugar until they become foamy.
Add the softened butter, pour in the oil, and beat again.
Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt, add the grated lemon zest, and mix with a spatula.
Pour the milk, mix again, add 100g of blueberries, incorporate them into the batter.
Pour the batter into a buttered mold, bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
Take it out of the oven, sprinkle the remaining blueberries, and return it to the oven for another 30 minutes.
