Directions

Place and roll out the puff pastry, spread chili sauce over the entire surface, sprinkle with pastrami and grated cheese.
Turn it inwards from both sides, so that the shape of the ears is obtained.
Cut slices 1 cm thick, transfer to a tray lined with paper.
Brush the slices with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Place the tray in the preheated oven at 220 °C for 20 minutes.
Let it cool a little and serve on a platter.
