Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, sugar, salt and two tablespoons of cocoa until all lumps are gone.
  2. Pour in the milk, mix thoroughly and let the dough “rest” for 20 minutes.
  3. Melt the butter by putting the baking in the oven, then pour the dough in the hot shape and leave it for 17 minutes, at 200 °C
  4. Serve the pancake with powdered sugar, banana, berries and chocolate chips.
  5. Chocolate lovers will definitely appreciate this breakfast or dessert!
