Directions

1. ✅ For the dough, beat: the eggs, add the chef with the cream & mix.
2. ✅ We sift the flour with the baking powder, mix until the dough becomes homogeneous & without cocoons.
3. ✅For filling, mix the eggs cut into cubes with chopped onion, add oil, salt & black pepper to taste.
4. ✅ Pour some of the dough into a 32 cm diameter shape, oil greased.
5. ✅ Add the filling & cover with the remaining dough.
6. ✅ Press with sesame & bake for 60-70 minutes, temperature 170 C.
