Directions

  1. 🧈 Place the dough for sweet tarts in a 18 cm diameter pan(YOU CAN FIND THE RECIPE ON OUR PAGE Gătim cu).
  2. Cover with foil, add weight, and bake for 20 minutes at 190°C.
  3. 🧈 While the crust is baking, prepare the filling: Beat the soft butter together with the sugar – about 5 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one.
  5. 🧈 Pour the almond extract along with the vanilla extract, fold in the almond flour with the wheat flour, mixing until well combined.
  6. 🧈 Pour the orange juice together with the grated zest, mix until combined.
  7. 🧈 Remove the weight from the crust, add the milk chocolate, and return it to the oven for 2 minutes.
  8. 🧈 Spread the chocolate evenly with a spatula.
  9. 🧈 Pour the almond filling and sprinkle with almond flakes.
  10. 🧈 Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden. Serve the tart cold! Enjoy!
