Directions

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and black pepper, and beat until foamy.
  2. Pour the eggs into a well-heated pan with butter, cook over medium heat until the mixture begins to set at the edges.
  3. Using a rubber spoon, push the eggs from the edges towards the center, repeating the procedure until the eggs are fried.
  4. Cut the croissants horizontally, add mustard and spread well.
  5. Place the ham slices on the bottom of the croissants.
  6. Add fried eggs, sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. Cover with the second half of the croissants.
  8. Place the sandwiches on a tray and bake for 8-10 minutes at 180 °C.
  9. Serve breakfast while it's hot.
