Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar, pour in the warm milk, warm cream, melted butter and mix.
  2. In another bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, dry yeast, and salt.
  3. Add the solid mixture to the liquid mixture and knead for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the chocolate chips and knead for 2 more minutes.
  5. Cover the dough with a towel, let it rise for 2 hours.
  6. Divide the dough into 2 pieces, shape the loaves and transfer to 13 cm diameter molds.
  7. Cover with a towel and let rise for 40-50 minutes.
  8. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 °C.
  9. Remove, let the cakes cool completely, and remove the paper forms.
  10. Decorate with melted chocolate, chocolate eggs and candies.
