  • Lemon Juice
    40 ml
  • Chicken egg
    3 pc
  • Vanilla Extract
    2 tsp
  • Cocoa Powder
    15 g

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter a 24x11 cm mold.
  2. Combine the wheat flour, almond flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add the soft butter, combine with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. In another bowl, mash the bananas with the lemon juice. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and mix.
  4. Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and combine together. Pour 1/4 of the batter into another bowl, add the cocoa powder, and mix.
  5. Gradually add both types of dough, bake for 50-55 minutes at 180 °C. Let it cool and enjoy.
