For 1 Ştrudel we will need 4 Fillo sheets:
Place a sheet of Filo dough on the work surface, grease with melted butter, place a sheet, as well with melted butter, place the 3-sheet, grease with cheese cream, cover with the last sheet of dough, grease with butter.
We spread with 1/3 of the apple filling on half a sheet and roll.
We transfer to a parchment sheet, grease with butter, sprinkle with sugar, chopped nuts and bake 30-40 minutes, temperature 170 C.
