For 1 strudel, we will need 4 sheets of Fillo pastry.
Place a sheet of phyllo dough on the work surface, brush with melted butter, then place another sheet, brush with melted butter as well, place the third sheet, spread with cream cheese, cover with the last sheet of dough, and brush with butter.
Spread 1/3 of the apple filling on half of the sheet and roll it up.
Transfer onto a sheet of parchment, spread with butter, sprinkle with sugar, chopped nuts, and bake for 30-40 minutes at 170°C.
