Directions

  1. We clean the shell apples and cut into cubes.
  2. Add the chopped ripe nuts, raisins, sugar and mix.
  3. For 1 Ştrudel we will need 4 Fillo sheets:

  5. We spread with 1/3 of the apple filling on half a sheet and roll.
  6. We transfer to a parchment sheet, grease with butter, sprinkle with sugar, chopped nuts and bake 30-40 minutes, temperature 170 C. Enjoy!
