Beat the egg yolks with sugar until the texture becomes fluffy.
Peel the lemon and squeeze out its juice.
Pour the melted butter, mix until well combined.
Sift the flour together with the baking powder, mixing until there are no more lumps.
Separately, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar until they become white and glossy.
Incorporate in several stages into the dough.
Grease the loaf pan with butter and sprinkle it with flour, add the batter, and bake for 50 minutes at 170°C.
Cool, dust with powdered sugar and enjoy.
