  • Orange zest
  • Orange Juice

Directions

  1. Mix the sugar with vegetable oil, eggs, and orange zest.
  2. Sift the flour and mix it with the baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Pour the orange juice into the batter, add the sour cream, grated carrots, chopped walnuts, and mix everything until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a rectangular pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C for about 70 minutes.
  6. Mix all the ingredients together.
  7. Spread the cooled cake on the surface with the prepared cream, sprinkle with nuts, and enjoy. Bon appétit!
