Directions

  1. Fry 300 g of chicken breast in a well-heated frying pan with 2 tablespoons of oil.
  2. Season with salt, black pepper and oregano to taste.
  3. Remove the chicken breast.
  4. In the same pan, add 30 g of butter, 2 grated cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of flour and gradually pour in 400 ml of milk, continuing to stir.
  5. Season with salt, black and oregano pepper at desire.
  6. Turn the chicken breast.
  7. Add 300g pre-cooked fettuccine pasta and 30g fresh spinach.
  8. Mix all ingredients for another 30 seconds.
  9. Serve the pasta with hard cheese.
  10. Enjoy!
