Directions

  1. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the lavash.
  2. Sprinkle grated cheese and diced smoked turkey on top.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll up the lavash lengthwise and cut it into equal pieces.
  5. Arrange the rolls in a baking dish.
  6. Beat the eggs with milk and a pinch of salt. Brush the rolls with this mixture, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown.
  8. Enjoy!
