    200 ml
  • Baking powder
    15 g
  • Butter Căsuța Mea 82,5%
    70 g
  • Vanilla
  • White chocolate

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until they become white and fluffy.
  2. Add the mascarpone cream, the milk, the melted butter, the grated orange zest, and the vanilla.
  3. Add the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder, then mix again.
  4. Add the chocolate chips and stir until they are fully incorporated into the rest of the batter.
  5. Grease a mold with butter and dust it with flour.
  6. Pour the batter and bake for 40-50 minutes at 170°C. Enjoy!
