Directions

1. Mix the egg and two tablespoons of sugar with a phone.
2. Pour the milk, salt, melted butter and mix.
3. Sifer flour, add baking powder, cocoa and mix again.
4. Leave the dough for 10 minutes.
5. Cook the pancakes on a dry pan.
6. When the bubbles will appear, you will have to return them to the other side.
7. Serve the pancakes with melted chocolate and cut them as if it were a cake. They will be appreciated especially by children!
