Directions

  1. Whisk the egg and two tablespoons of sugar.
  2. Add milk, salt, melted butter and stir.
  3. Sift flour, add baking powder, cocoa and mix again.
  4. Leave the dough for 10 minutes.
  5. Cook the pancakes on a dry pan.
  6. When the bubbles appear, we will need to flip them to the other side.
  7. Serve the pancakes with melted chocolate, cut like a cake. Kids will especially love them!
