Directions
In a bowl, mix: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In another container, mix the orange juice with the milk and leave for 5 minutes.
In the third bowl, mix: the egg, melted butter, milk and juice mixture, vanilla essence and mix with a whisk.
Add the solid mixture, mix gently with a spatula.
Finally, we add cranberries.
Pour the mixture into a rectangular pan, greased with butter then sprinkled with flour, and add a baking sheet to the bottom.
Put the cake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for 60-70 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the meringue: for this, mix the powdered sugar with the orange juice for 4-5 minutes.
Cool the prepared cake, then decorate with meringue and freeze-dried fruit if desired.
