Directions

1. We beat the eggs with the cream.
2. In another vessel mix the flour, gray, sugar and salt.
3. Add the solid ingredients over the liquid mixture.
4. At the end we incorporate melted butter and honey.
5. We pour the composition in a detachable shape with a diameter of 20 cm.
6. Above add the raspberries and bake 40-45 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 C or until it is beautifully browned.
