Directions

  1. In a bowl, add the cream cheese and sugar, beat with a whisk.
  2. Gradually add the eggs.
  3. Add the sour cream, vanilla essence and salt powder.
  4. Incorporate the ingredients, add the flour, mix until there are no more lumps.
  5. Finally, add the blueberries.
  6. In a buttered mold, gradually place the phyllo sheets greased with melted butter.
  7. Add the filling and bake in the preheated oven at 205 °C for 55-60 minutes.
  8. Cool the baked cheesecake completely to room temperature then refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
  9. Remove from the mold and serve with pleasure.
  10. Enjoy!
