  • Sugar

  • Lemon Zest

  • Berry
    250 g
  • Cornstarch
    1 tsp

Directions

  1. For the dough: ✅ Mix all the ingredients for the dough, then knead for about 15 minutes.
  2. ✅ Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 2 hours in a warm place.
  3. For the filling: ✅ In a pan, combine the cranberries with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and zest.
  4. ✅ Cook at Medium Heat until it thickens, approximately 10-15 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  5. For the filling ||: ✅ In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the sugar and lemon zest.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape measuring 40x50 cm.
  7. Spread with buttercream, then with berry jam.
  8. Fold the top part towards the center, cover with the other part, roll gently with a rolling pin, and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  9. ✅ Divide the dough sheet into equal strips.
  10. Roll each strip, then wrap it.
  11. ✅ Transfer the buns to a baking tray, cover with plastic wrap, and let them rise for 40 minutes.
  12. Grease with milk, sprinkle with chopped nuts and bake for 20-25 minutes - Temperature 180 °C.
