Directions

  1. Calm the garlic in 40 gr-unt, 30 seconds, add the washed & well drained spinach, mix 2-3 minutes or until it is softened.
  2. We transfer to a bowl, add the tomatoes cut into cubes, cream cheese, cheese, season with salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Grease an oil shape.
  4. We clean the mushrooms of peel & interior.
  5. We fill the fungi cloths with the prepared filling, transfer to the tray, press with crumbs & add a cubes of butter.
  6. Bake 20 minutes at temperature 200 C.
  7. We serve hot mushrooms to desire with greenery. Enjoy your meal!
