  • Chia seeds
    100 g
  • Banana
    2 pc
  • Cocoa Powder
    25 g
  • Black currant
    150 g
  • Roasted peanuts
    30 g
  • Milk Căsuța Mea Premium 3.4% - 6.0%
    400 ml

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine milk and chia seeds and let them soak for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir with a fork until the lumps disappear and refrigerate for at least an hour, or better yet, overnight.
  3. In a blender mix the black currant.
  4. Mash the banana with a fork, add cocoa and mix.
  5. In one glass add pudding, then blackcurrants, and in another glass add banana with cocoa, pudding, banana again and garnish with roasted peanuts.
  6. A healthy breakfast or dessert!
