Directions

1. For dough: mix, flour with egg, sugar & milk until we only have cocoons.
2. Let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes.
3. In forms for muffins add 1 cubes of butter & give in the oven for 7 minutes at temperature 220 C.
4. Pour dough into half shapes & bake 20-25 minutes.
5. We serve pancakes with desire with salted or sweet fillings. Enjoy your meal!
