Directions
Blend all the dough ingredients using a blender until there are no lumps left.
Grease a well-heated pan with oil.
Pour one ladle of batter at a time and spread it evenly across the entire surface.
Fry on both sides until lightly browned.
Wrap the crepes with aluminum foil and let them sit for 30 minutes to soften.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling: Melt the butter in a pan, add the spinach, and stir for 1-2 minutes until the spinach softens and reduces in volume.
Add a spoonful of spinach and a slice of suluguni cheese to half of the pancakes.
Fold the edges and roll each pancake.
Place them on a plate and put them in the microwave for 1 minute until the cheese melts.
For the second filling: Mix the drained canned tuna with the granulated onion and sour cream.
Add again 1 tablespoon of filling on each pancake.
Fold the edges and roll.
Serve both methods with pleasure.
