Directions

  1. For the dough, mix the kefir, salt, and baking soda.
  2. Add the flour and form the dough, let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2-3 mm, cut small round shapes, place a cherry on each, sprinkle a little sugar, and seal the edges well.
  4. Boil the dumplings for 3-4 minutes in lightly salted water with a cube of butter or a tablespoon of oil.
  5. Enjoy it with sour cream! Bon appétit!
