Directions

  1. Mix the flour with the cornmeal, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and paprika.
  2. Add the egg, pour in the milk, mix (you can add more milk if needed) you will get a mixture similar to porridge.
  3. Transfer the dough into a tall glass.
  4. Roll the sausages in flour, then pierce them with bamboo sticks.
  5. Dip each sausage in the batter, shake off the excess, and fry for 2-3 minutes in oil heated to 180°C, turning gently.
  6. Drain the excess oil on paper towels and enjoy. Bon appétit!
