Directions

🥐 For the dough, in a bowl combine the flour, softened butter, cottage cheese, baking powder, salt, and vanilla sugar.
Shape the dough and divide it into 2 equal pieces.
🥐 Wrap it up and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
🥐 Roll out each piece of dough thinly, into a round shape.
🥐 Spread a spoonful of Nutella over the entire surface, divide it into 16 equal pieces, and roll them up.
🥐 Transfer the dough into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C. Enjoy!
