In a bowl, mix the lukewarm milk with the yeast and sugar.
Let it sit for five minutes, then add it over the sifted flour.
Mix everything then add the salt, egg, and egg yolk, continuously mixing, add the soft butter, continuing to knead for 10-12 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 2 hours.
For the filling, mix all the ingredients, the milk should be lukewarm and the butter melted.
After the dough has risen, divide it into 2 equal pieces.
Roll out each piece of dough very thinly into a rectangular shape one at a time.
Spread a thin layer of walnut filling and slowly roll it up quite tightly.
Transfer it into a 25x13 cm pan.
Proceed in the same way with the second piece of dough.
Brush the sweet bread with melted butter or milk, cover with foil, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Bake the sweet bread for 60-80 minutes at 160°C. Be sure to cover the surface with parchment paper.
Take out and let the sweet bread rest for about 30 minutes.
Then slice carefully and enjoy.
