Add the orange peel, sugar, honey, eggs, and stir until smooth.
Add the flour, salt, and egg yolks, mix them, and knead the dough for about 15 minutes.
Incorporate the softened butter, continuing to knead for 35-40 minutes.
Finally, add the heat-stable chocolate chips and knead for another 2-3 minutes.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Divide the dough into 3 equal pieces, approximately 367 grams each.
Shape the dough into balls, transfer them into molds for sweet breads, cover with plastic wrap, let rise for 2-3 hours, and bake the sweet breads for 40-45 minutes at 170°C. Let them cool completely, and if you wish, decorate them as you like.
