Mix the flour with baking powder.
Beat the egg whites with the salt powder, add 50 g of sugar and continue mixing for another 6-7 minutes until getting a fluffy texture.
Gradually add egg yolks, cottage cheese and flour in several steps.
Mix with a spatula in circular motions.
Finally, mix the composition with the beaten egg whites.
Divide the dough into 12 muffin tins.
Remove and let cool completely.
In a bowl, beat together: the whipped cream, cream cheese, and powdered sugar.
Beat until creamy.
Finally, add the raspberries and mix for another 30 seconds.
Cover the cupcakes with cream.
Decorate with tea roses or raspberries if desired.
