Directions
We beat the soft butter with the sugar for about 10 minutes.
Then we incorporate the eggs, beating well after each one.
We finely chop the ladyfinger biscuits.
We add the biscuits together with the almond flour and mascarpone cream, beat everything well again with a mixer.
At the end, we add the melted chocolate, then beat the mixture again until smooth.
We put the dough in a 18-20 cm mold.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes, Temperature -180°C.
We decorate the chilled dessert with caramel cream as desired.
The dessert turned out very tasty, and no flour was used at all.
