Directions
Beat the soft butter with the sugar for about 10 minutes.
Then incorporating the eggs, beating well after each.
We shred the Savoyardi biscuits.
Add the biscuits with the almond flour & mascarpone cream, it beats everything well again with a mixer.
In the end add the melted chocolate, beat the mixture again until homogenized.
Put the dough in a 18-20 cm shape.
Bake about 40 minutes, temperature -180 C.
We decorate the cooled dessert with caramel cream at desire.
The dessert came out very tasty, and flour was not used at all.
