Directions
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve 2–3 times, until it becomes smooth and creamy.
Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
Pour the hot cream over the chocolate, let it sit for a few minutes, then stir until completely melted.
Add the hazelnut paste and mix until you achieve a smooth cream.
Pour the mixture over the cottage cheese and mix well.
Fold in the dried fruits and blueberries, stirring gently for an even distribution.
Transfer the mixture into a mold and smooth the surface.
Place in the freezer until the pasca is completely set.
Remove it from the mold and let it thaw slowly in the refrigerator before serving.
Decorate with chocolate egg-shaped dragees for a festive touch.
