Directions

Mix the coffee with the hot water and set it aside.
In a bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, and cornstarch.
In another bowl, beat the soft butter, sugar, and salt.
Add the egg yolk and mix, pour in the coffee, stir again, add the dry mixture and form the dough.
Wrap it with cling film and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Take small portions of dough and shape them into forms resembling coffee beans.
Place the cookies on a tray and bake them for 10-15 minutes at 160 °C.
