Directions

Mix the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar, add the soft butter, egg, and vanilla, form the dough, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm, cut out cookies, then cut out the desired pattern in the middle of half of the cookies.
Transfer to a tray and bake for 12 minutes at 175°C.
Cover the cooled biscuits with melted white chocolate.
Add the remaining halves and cover them, then chill until set.
Fill the hollows with orange jam. Enjoy!
