Directions

  1. Mix, flour, cocoa powder and sugar, add, soft butter, egg and vanilla, form the dough and cold for 1 hour.
  2. Stretch the dough with a thickness of 3 mm, cut biscuits, then in half of the biscuits in the middle the desired template.
  3. Transfer to a tray and bake 12 minutes, temperature 175 C.
  4. Cover the cooled biscuits with melted white chocolate.
  5. Add and cover with the remaining halves, then cold until they strengthen.
  6. Fill the depths with orange jam. Enjoy!
