1. Marinate the meat cut into cubes with soy sauce and oil for 30 minutes, then fry the meat in a well-heated pan until browned.
2. In the same pan, fry the onion, celery, and garlic cloves cut according to preferences until softened.
3. Add diced sweet pepper, and when the pepper becomes soft, we add the tomatoes in their own juice.
4. Season with a few spoonfuls of sweet paprika, black pepper, and salt; here we also add a few spoonfuls of heavy cream, then cook for about 5 more minutes (adding water if it seems too thick).
6. At the end, add the meat, cook for a few more minutes, and then finally add the pre-cooked gnocchi, stir, and serve with fresh herbs.
