Directions
Combine the oats, nuts, candied ginger, and spices.
In a saucepan, heat the butter, honey, and apple juice.
Pour the syrup over the cereals and mix.
Spread the granola on a tray and bake for approximately 30 minutes at 160°C.
Once the granola has cooled, add the cranberries, candied lemon peel, and chopped chocolate pieces, mix well, and enjoy with milk or yogurt.
