"Mother-in-law's tongue" with cheese

Directions

1. Cut the slices on length.
2. Season with salt & black pepper to taste, add the oil, continue to mix the slices well.
3. Fry the hunt in a well-heated pan 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned.
4. In the meantime, put in the bowl of a kitchen robot: our cheese and cream.
5. Mix until you receive a creamy texture, add the scraped garlic.
6. Cut the red cubes & add it in the bowl.
7. Spice to taste.
8. On each slice of the hunt Put a tablespoon of cheese at the end & roll.
9. Do the same with all.
10. In the end you will get some delicious eggplant with a fine filling.
11. Have a craving!
