Eggplant rolls with cottage cheese

Directions

  1. Cut the eggplants into longitudinal slices.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, add oil and continue to mix the slices thoroughly.
  3. Fry the eggplants in a well-heated frying pan for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, place our cottage cheese and sour cream in the bowl of a food processor.
  5. Mix until you receive a creamy texture, add the scraped garlic.
  6. Dice the tomato and add to the bowl.
  7. Season to taste.
  8. Place a spoonful of cheese on each eggplant slice and roll into a roll.
  9. Do the same with all.
  10. As a result, we will get delicious eggplants with a tender filling.
