Directions

  1. In a form we place the sweet peppers, cut in half & remove the seeds.
  2. The cheese is mixed with the chopped greenery & divide the mixture into the pepper.
  3. We break one egg each half & bake for 15 minutes, temperature 200 C (at the desire season with salt & pepper).
  4. Before serving, sprinkle with greenery, sprinkle with oil & enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
