    200 ml
  • Oil
    2 tbsp
  • Tomato Paste
    1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Fry the stuffing in a hot pan with oil until the liquid evaporates.
  2. Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic, cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomato paste, tomatoes in their own juice, season with salt, black pepper, oregano and thyme to taste.
  4. Cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer on a slow fire for 30 minutes, stirring periodically.
  5. Finally, pour in the hot sweet cream, mix thoroughly, bring to a boil and boil for another 5 minutes.
  6. This delicious sauce can be served with pasta or rice. Enjoy!
