Spread the slice of bread with half of the butter, on both sides, and toast it well.
For the omelette, melt the remaining butter.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with salt and black pepper, then add the melted butter over them.
Wait for them to begin to set, and gently, with light movements, stir the eggs from the edges toward the center; WE WILL OBTAIN A BEAUTIFUL, wavy mixture, extremely tender and not at all fried.
For the salad, mix cucumber slices with sweet pepper slices, lettuce leaves, wild garlic and dill.
Add oil and a few drops of lemon juice, mix, and serve the salad alongside the omelette toast.
