    800 g
  • Paste
    250 g
  • Basil
    to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the minced meat. Cook until nicely browned, then remove the meat and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the onion and carrot. Add the tomato pulp, pour in the water, return the meat, season with salt and your favorite spices. Simmer for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Fill the pre-cooked pasta (boiled for 1–2 minutes) with mozzarella strips. Place in a baking dish, add the meat sauce, and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.
  3. Bake for 35–40 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Let rest for 5–10 minutes and serve with fresh basil. Enjoy! 🇮🇹✨
