Directions

  1. In a hot pan, melt the butter, add the diced onion and sweet pepper, sauté for 6 minutes.
  2. Add the tomatoes to the tomato sauce, sugar, salt, and season with black pepper to taste.
  3. Grate the garlic and boil it for 10 minutes on low heat, add the chopped green onion, make 3 indentations, crack one egg into each, and let it sit for 5-6 hours before frying.
  4. Garnish with green onions and mint. Enjoy!
