In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt, oil, and vodka. Then pour in the boiling water, mix well, and form an elastic dough.
Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Grate the mozzarella, Suluguni, and mix them together in a bowl.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut circles of the appropriate size from it. Put the cheese filling in each circle, then wrap and pinch the edges well.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the champignons until golden and crispy on both sides.
