Pancakes Oladi with semolina and berries

  • Oil
    50 ml
  • Sugar
    50 g
  • Baking soda
    1/3 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence
    1 tsp
  • Berry
    100 g
  • Salt
    pinch
  • Kefir Căsuța mea 2,5%
    250 ml
  • Chicken egg
    2 pc

Extra:

  • Sour Cream Căsuța Mea 15%
    to taste
  • Walnuts

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla essence.
  2. Pour the kefir and oil, add the baking soda and mix.
  3. Add: semolina and a pinch of salt, mix again until no lumps remain.
  4. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Incorporate the cranberries, either fresh or frozen.
  6. Fry the pancakes Oladi in a well-heated pan on both sides (covered) until they are nicely browned.
  7. Serve the pancakes Oladi with sour cream, berries and nuts.
  8. Enjoy!
