Directions

  1. To begin with, carefully separate two egg yolks, as I look. There should be no yolk in the whites.
  2. Cut the green onion or other green as you like.
  3. Then a tomato in such round slices.
  4. Now add a little salt to the yolks, mix and set aside.
  5. Take the whites and mix at the lowest speed.
  6. Gradually increase the speed up to the maximum and continue to mix until you get the texture of the foam that retains its shape.
  7. Add the yolks to the whites and mix carefully with a spatula, moving from bottom to top to keep the air and fluffy texture.
  8. Pour a little oil and arrange the omelette into the pan.
  9. Press the green onion and let it cook under the lid.
  10. Put the cheese and bend the omelette.
  11. Leave it for a minute, then turn it over.
  12. This process will take about 5 minutes.
