Directions

  1. For the dough we mix all the ingredients until we receive a dough without cocoons.
  2. We fry the pancakes on a well-heated pan with a diameter of 26-28 cm. At the end you will get 14 pancakes.
  3. For 1 filling: Calm the chopped onion in a well-heated pan with 2 tablespoons oil, until browned, add the chop (we have a chicken & pig mix)
  4. Season with salt & pepper to taste & calim 7-8 minutes.
  5. For the 2nd filling: mix the eggs with the whiskey, laugh at the cheese & mix again. On each pancake add 2 tablespoons with chop & roll.
  6. We transfer to a diameter of 28 cm. We cover with 2 filling & baked 35-40 minutes at temperature 170 C.
  7. We serve the hot pie. Enjoy your meal!
