For the dough, mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth dough without lumps.
Fry the pancakes in a well-heated pan with a diameter of 26-28 cm.
In the end, you will get 14 pancakes.
For 1 Filling:
Sauté the chopped onion in a well-heated pan with 2 tablespoons of oil until golden brown, then add the minced meat (we have a mix of chicken și pork).
Season with salt and pepper to taste și sauté for 7-8 minutes.
For the 2nd filling: mix the eggs with the cream, grate the cheese and mix again. Add 2 tablespoons of filling on each pancake și roll.
Transfer to a 28 cm diameter pan.
Cover with the second filling and bake for 35-40 minutes at 170 °C.
