    520 ml
  • Greek yogurt
    260 g
  • Chia seeds
    4 tbsp
  • Honey
    4 tbsp
  • Vanilla Essence
    2 tsp
  • Banana

Directions

  1. In a vessel, combine, oatmeal, chia seeds and salt.
  2. Add the yogurt, honey, vanilla essence and milk, mix and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, distribute into bowls, jars or glasses, add favorite topings and enjoy with pleasure.
  4. This dessert is perfectly served in the pack, portioned in jar. Enjoy your meal!
