    190 ml
  • Kefir Căsuța Mea — kefir with probiotics and yogurt cultures
    245 g
  • Honey
    45 g
  • Berry
    125 g
  • Nut mix
    to taste

Directions

  1. Mix the kefir, milk, honey and chia seeds in a bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until thick and creamy.
  3. After soaking, gently stir with a fork to smooth the texture.
  4. Serve in bowls and top with berries and granola or toasted nuts.
  5. A healthy, creamy and refreshingly delicious breakfast!
