    260 ml
  • Dry yeast
    1 g
  • Salt
    1 tsp
  • Sugar
    4 tbsp
  • Butter Căsuța Mea 82,5%
    30 g
  • Flour
    400 g
  • Sunflower Seeds
    30 g
  • Pumpkin seeds
    30 g
  • Sesame
    20 g

Directions

  1. Toast the seeds for 10 minutes. Let them cool. Pour water over them and leave for 7–8 hours to soak, then drain.
  2. For the dough, mix water with dry yeast, salt, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Sift the flour and knead/mix for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the soaked and well-drained seeds. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes.
  5. Shape the bread and transfer it to a rectangular baking pan. Cover with a towel and let it rise to about 3 times its original volume.
  6. Bake the bread for 15 minutes at 240°C with steam. Reduce the temperature to 200°C and bake for another 30–40 minutes in normal mode.
  7. Let the bread cool and enjoy. Bon appétit!
