For the clementine jelly layer:

Directions
Mix the gelatin with water and let it swell for about 10 minutes.
In a saucepan, pour the juice squeezed from the clementines with the sugar, bring to a boil.
Add the bloomed gelatin, mix, pour into cups or glasses, and refrigerate until set (approximately 2 hours).
For the milk jelly layer, mix the gelatin with water and let it swell.
Bring the milk with sugar to a boil. Add the gelatin, mix and let it cool slightly.
Pour the clementine jelly on top, refrigerate for a few hours, and then fully enjoy.
