For the clementine jelly layer:

  • Gelatin
    5 g
  • Clementine juice
    250 ml
  • Sugar
    40 g
  • Water
    25 ml

For the milk jelly layer:

  • Milk Căsuța Mea Premium 3.4% - 6.0%
    250 ml
  • Gelatin
    5 g
  • Water
    25 ml
  • Sugar
    40 g

Directions

  1. Mix the gelatin with water and let it swell for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, pour the juice squeezed from the clementines with the sugar, bring to a boil.
  3. Add the bloomed gelatin, mix, pour into cups or glasses, and refrigerate until set (approximately 2 hours).
  4. For the milk jelly layer, mix the gelatin with water and let it swell.
  5. Bring the milk with sugar to a boil. Add the gelatin, mix and let it cool slightly.
  6. Pour the clementine jelly on top, refrigerate for a few hours, and then fully enjoy.
